Yang Wen-yong, a senior of the Applied Arts
Department. Hosted her violoncello recital in Music Institute on April 20. She
has played cello for over 16 years. For her, the purpose of hosting a recital
is not only to prepare for further study programs, but to be a milestone of her
college life. She said that going through a concerto
usually takes nearly half an hour. It is a great test for the player's ability
and stamina. The song "Saintsson: the
concerto for the C minor in a minor" took her more than a year to
prepare. However, she challenged herself
while continuing to refine her major in the field of music. BY Lin Shuan-Rou
