In order to broaden the International horizon of Fu Shing Kang College
students,the Central News Agency (CNA) visited Fu Shing Kang campus of
NDU on Feb. 25 th to held the secong series of “I am a Overseas
Commissioner” lectures on theme of “Sports horizon under California’s
sunshine”. Cao,Yu-Fan, a former overseas special commissioner of the CNA shared the experience of Journalists stationed abroad and the flourishing
sports culture of the United States for the students from Department of Journalism.
