Military band in Fu Hsing Kang College attended in Kuandu Arts Festival parade

FHK Military Band represented the National Defense University to participate
in the parade on the 27th Guandu Art Festival. With the teams from all over
the world, the grand singer was stunned and praised.
To well prepared the Guandu Street Performance, the FHK Military Band
specially invited two senior band teachers, Mr. Wang Xuming and Liu Youmin,
to give guidance for six weeks.
The performance included some popular music songs ,such as "get around"
and "Fun fun fun". Besides, the novel "Paradise Warrior" theme song "Danger
zone" is also being used. Not only the parade, but the new and different team
changes also made a deeply impression in audience minds.
Wang Yuxing, a fourth-grade student of the Music Department of the
Department of Applied Arts of the NDU, took over the baton in the results
presentation in May this year and became the captain of the military band. He
believes that the 'Revival Gangjun Band is the spiritual indicator and symbol
of the FHK College is a neat and full-hearted team.
FHK Military Band is not merely for the group’s activities, such as the
promotion of the banner and the monthly meeting,but it keep pursuing
different aspects for their performance. Nowadays, they will perform at the
open ceremony of National Sports Competition , exhibition events or parade
during special holidays.
Last May 7th, International Day of “The Passion of the Americas", held a
carnival parade in Taipei's Huabo Park.The FHK Military Band was also
invited to perform, the song "Raytheon March" and “Pirates of the caribbean"
which they performed, established the magnificent and stunning atmosphere
and made the band became the wonderful focus on that day .
