Fu Hsing Kang College and
Management Colleges hold new cadets development group activities annually. The
activities were held every Wednesday night for six weeks. The main purpose of
the activities was to encourage the freshmen to express their stress and emotions,
and further help them adapt to the future life and recognize their own
position.
The new cadets of Fu Hsing Kang College and
Management Colleges were randomly assigned into different development groups.
During the event, members of each group not only shared their experiences with
each other, but also got closer by joining the activities.“After attending the
new cadets development activities, I was able to overcome my nerves and share
my thoughts with others. Also, the activities shortened the distance between Fu
Hsing Kang College and Management College. For me, these experiences will be
helpful to my military career in the future.” Lin Zi-Ling, a new cadet from the
Department of Applied Art of Fu Hsing Kang College, said.
