Being a part of the softball
team is a way for cadets to relax themselves during a busy school life. In
softball they not only build fruitful connections with their team members but
also gain confidence from practice and competition. Activating thinking and
cultivating self-confidence have always been the unchanged ideas of the
political department, such as how to solve problems and how to reach a good
communication with others. If students focus on academic research without have
activities with others, they will not be able to closely match their needs even
if they are proficient in it. Therefore, softball activities are held in the
hope that students can develop good self-confidence during the activities.
Facing the crowd and solving
the problem, develop the ability to find the weakness, that is, to find the
crux of the problem, to find the problem is the first condition to solve the
problem, in softball activities because there will be academic doubts or even
defects, On the field, players try their best to win by using excellent defense
and effective offensive strategies. This is also similar in life when cadets
seek for solutions to problems they encounter everyday. To sum up, being a part
