On the (18th) day, the famous artist Mr. Tai, Zhiyuan delivered a lecture as "The History of the Struggle during the Work". At first, the Dean, Major General Wen, introduced the artist Tai to all participants in the Zhongzheng Hall.
In the lecture, Mr. Tai shared his working experiences with humor and stressed the importance of "reading" to all. "
