Topic1:Analysis of public opinion events and practical operation of tools

Course Description:QSearch Trend tool,To produce relevant analysis reports and assist in decision-making and judgment. The first course is divided into two parts. One is to allow students to explore the crisis content related to interested enterprises or social issues and make a simple analysis report. The second is to use the actual cases of the lecturers and combine the QSearch Trend tool to produce relevant analysis reports and the basis for assisting decision-making and judgment.
Topic 2:Crisis Management Community Listening

Course Discription:The course will start from the two tools of Google Trend and QSearch Trend, how to monitor the crisis and search for external issues, to establish or develop a set of related crisis management warning models and crisis management SOPs. At the same time, relevant external processes and cases in planning crisis management will also be displayed in the classroom.
Topic 3:Media Relations and Spokesperson Training

Course Discription:The course will focus on the content of the first two lectures and the cases selected by the previous students. After corresponding training, a second revision will be made, and then the logic of thinking and the use of the course content will be examined. In addition, since students have their own task groups, they will focus on how to manage upward or downward in a crisis in practice, as well as external or internal spokesperson training.
