Psychology and Social Work Event: How Mood Produced and How to Deal With It

Department of Psychology And Social Work in F.H.K college held a series of the Psychology and Social Work event and invited Chen, Pin-Hao, the Psychologist graduated from Department of Psychology, National Cheng Chi University, to give a speech. He made us realized how mood produced and how to deal with it in a humor and easy way.
Chen emphasized that the mood can’t be avoid whenever you want. ”White Bear Suppression” improves this point. What should we do is do the four points: Listening Empathizing, identifying and accompanying. In this way，we can truely help others.
Finally, he mentioned that “mood” is the result in final. Only you can solve the mood problem if realized the reason to the mood appear. The students in the class responded the presenter’s questions ardently. Through the good interaction, everyone got great benefits and go back with fruitful results.
