On the 26th, April, F.H.K invited the Director of the Political Warfare Bureau, Lieutenant General Huang , to share the experience of the troops for the class 108 that is about to graduate. The process is a lively interaction with the students. The atmosphere is joyful but serious.
Huang shared the various problems encountered by his first official and asked the students to think about what to do now. He also mentioned that as an officer leading cadre, he must "lead by example" to build a leadership style and manage a unit.
